Clubs and Regions

In this section you can find out more about the 550 rowing clubs affiliated to the Amateur Rowing Association and the ARA regions to which they belong.

Our clubs and volunteers are pivotal to our sport; they recruit and coach our rowers, fundraise for and develop local facilities, organise and support both local and international events. Clubs are at the heart of their communities in towns and cities throughout the UK, offering a wide range of rowing programmes, including use of their gym facilities.
